Personal Trainer

Driven to help people through corrective exercise, Nicholas became a personal trainer to help people recover from pain and injury. Stemming from his experience as a basketball player and coach, his training style is rooted in helping his clients develop a positive perception of training and exercise.  

“I want my clients to learn to love fitness,” says Nicholas. “Even on days that they can’t give it 100%, I want to inspire others to do their best. If you give it your all, you can achieve goals in all aspects of your life.”  

When Nicholas is not training clients, you can find him playing basketball, trying the latest video game, or testing out new foods.
