Hans Benedict Noble
Personal Trainer
Hans became a personal trainer because he wanted to help people to do the things they love. With an education in kinesiology and experience training athletes and the general population, Hans wants to use his knowledge to help people enjoy movement so they can live happy and healthy lives.
“I want to guide my clients to build healthy habits,” explains Hans. “I want to teach people the foundations of healthy living so that can see positive change inside the gym and out.”
When Hans isn’t training clients, you can find him competing nationally as part of the University College Dragon Boat club. Currently, he is working towards being selected for the Canadian National team to compete in the World Championships.
