Pranavan Sathyeswaran
Personal Trainer
Pranavan became a personal trainer because he is passionate about helping others build their confidence. With an education in kinesiology and experience training varsity athletes, Pranavan is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and love of fitness with the wider community.
“I hope that my clients start to enjoy every little step they take on their journey to better themselves,” Pranavan explains. “I believe we should all be proud of every accomplishment we make in our fitness journey and never compare ourselves to others.”
When he’s not training clients, you can find Pranavan competitively boxing or playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball. He also enjoys travelling and staying up to date in rehabilitation sciences.
