With seven years of experience working as a personal trainer, Amy’s training approach is centered on holistic health and wellness.  

“I want my clients to put health at the forefront of  their fitness goals,” explains Amy. “I want them to believe that they are worthy of healthy living and that they deserve to dedicate their time and attention to themselves.”  

Amy’s training philosophy derives from the experience that helped her develop her passion. Growing up, Amy wasn’t very active. When she became a mother at a young age, she found herself struggling to keep up and knew something had to change.  

“I started working with a personal trainer and she changed my life,” says Amy. “I want to help my clients the same way she helped me. I want them to step into their power and become a stronger version of themselves – physically, emotionally and mentally.” 

When Amy is not training clients, she loves to take her kids on hiking adventures.
