Mike is a natural leader. From his childhood dreams of being a gym teacher, to giving his friends exercise advice, Mike has always been keen to share his expertise with others and therefore grew an appreciation for coaching. He takes an education-centered approach to his training style, drawing on his Bachelor in Kinesiology and Doctor of Chiropractic studies. As someone who values the community of the gym, Mike hopes to leave his clients feeling fulfilled and equipped with the tools to lead a better, happier life.
Mike lives and breathes fitness, so when he’s not training, he’s moving his body in one way or the other. From weight lifting to hiking, Mike loves any sort of physical activity.
