Aran Bains
Senior Personal Trainer
To Aran, personal training and fitness goes beyond moving your body, and is about defining what success means to you. Growing up immersed in sports, namely soccer and martial arts, Aran gained an appreciation for what progress looks like – something that looks different for everyone.
With a Masters in Kinesiology, black belt in Nerkin Ouj, and practical experience in physiotherapy and chiropractor clinics, Aran’s training style is rooted in knowledge, inner power and meaningful change. Aran challenges his clients to strive to be better than they were the day before; any progress is better than no progress and the best way to create change is to do it one step at a time. He’s excited to challenge his clients to find their inner strength and create meaningful change, so they can enjoy life in ways they couldn’t before.
When he’s not playing soccer or training in the gym, you can find Aran taking his dog, Charlie, on hikes, going to the beach or for walks downtown.
